Original Work Guarantee

Output Hub Solutions LTD guarantees that all creative, written, and digital work delivered to you is original and uniquely crafted for your project. All written material is 100% plagiarism-free and checked for authenticity. Please note that plagiarism detection tools cannot scan embedded media (such as images or videos). Clients are welcome to perform additional checks for verification if desired.

Ownership of Work

Upon full payment and project completion, all rights, ownership, and intellectual property of the final deliverables—including marketing materials, content, and developed websites—transfer to the client. Output Hub Solutions LTD retains no claim or credit requirement for completed work unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are free to modify, distribute, or publish the materials as you wish.

Image and Media Usage

While we use and recommend royalty-free or licensed imagery for projects, Output Hub Solutions LTD does not own or transfer ownership of third-party images. We may suggest suitable royalty-free resources, but clients are responsible for purchasing appropriate licenses if copyrighted material is required. The company is not liable for copyright issues arising from unlicensed image use provided or selected by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Although we take great care in our work, Output Hub Solutions LTD shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, digital assets, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, downtime, performance issues, or technical errors. Clients are advised to maintain backups and use reliable hosting and security systems.

Refund Policy

Output Hub Solutions LTD prioritizes client satisfaction and transparency. Refund requests are handled fairly, based on the project stage, scope, and progress. Please read the refund conditions carefully before placing an order or making a payment.

Refund Conditions

• If work has not yet begun, a full refund can be requested within 48 hours of payment.
• If partial work has been completed, a proportional refund may be issued based on the progress made.
• No refund will be issued if the client changes their mind after work has started or approved milestones have been completed.
• Refunds will not apply to completed marketing campaigns, published materials, or launched websites.
• Any request for refund must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by our project management team.

Revisions Policy

All clients are entitled to up to three (3) free revisions per project to ensure satisfaction with the final results. Additional revisions or structural changes requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Once final approval is given or the project is delivered, refunds are no longer applicable.

Partial Refund for Quality Concerns

If a client raises valid concerns regarding the quality of work, Output Hub Solutions LTD may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) after internal evaluation. The decision will be made based on objective review and comparison with the original project brief.

Full Refund in Special Circumstances

In rare situations where the delivered work substantially fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements—even after revisions—a full refund may be issued after review by our quality control team. Each case will be assessed individually and fairly.

Change of Mind

Please note that refunds will not be granted if you change your mind after confirming your order or once development or marketing work has started. We encourage clients to ensure clarity and readiness before confirming their order.
